Front End Stocker
Jerry's Home Improvement is hiring great people to join our Front End Team at our Springfield Store. A Front End Stocker supports Jerry's Value Mission of providing World Class Service for our customers by keeping our parking lot clean and clear of carts, assisting customers with loading vehicles, and helping where help is needed.
The Job
As a Front End Stocker you have the opportunity to :
- Develop a long-term career with an established, employee-owned company
- Work on a great team focused on helping customers
Front End Stockers work to :
- Safely and efficiently retrieve shopping carts from the parking lot throughout the day
- Assist customers with safely loading product into their vehicles
- Keep parking lot clean of debris
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
A Front End Stocker Team Member requires :
- Courteous, Tactful, Diplomatic, Outgoing, and Friendly personality
- Desire to participate in a team-based atmosphere that maintains high standards
- Able to deliver world-class customer service in a fast-paced retail environment
- Ability to regularly lift / push / pull / carry a minimum of 55 lbs.
- Ability to comfortably use a computer, mobile phone and radio
- Ability to stand / walk on concrete
Schedule
- Flexible schedules available
- Schedule may vary and can include opening, closing, and weekend shifts based on store needs
Compensation
- Pay-rate starting at $15.00 / hr.
- Benefits available to all team members after meeting eligibility requirements
